Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TNT SOFT S.R.L. ("us", "we" or "our") collects through the tntsoft.org website (the "Site") and the applications we publish on the App Store and Google Play whose listings link to this page (the "Apps"), why, and who else sees it. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Where an App does anything beyond what is described below, its store listing's privacy or data safety section and the App itself say so.

In short: there are no accounts, no advertising and no tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell personal data. What you create or enter in an App stays on your device.

The Apps

Our Apps are built to work without sending anything to us. Unless an App's store listing says otherwise, it has no analytics, no crash reporting and no account, and it sends nothing to our servers.

• Your data is stored on the device. Where an App protects it with Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or face unlock, the operating system handles the biometrics: the App learns only whether you were recognised.
• Device backups (iCloud Backup on iPhone and iPad, Google backup on Android) may keep a copy of an App's data in your own Apple or Google account so it comes back when you reinstall or move to a new device. Apple and Google store those copies under their own privacy policies and we have no access to them. You can turn backups off in your device settings.
• An App asks for a permission (such as the camera, photos, location or notifications) only when a feature needs it, and the data it gives access to is processed on the device for that feature alone.
• Where an App connects to a service you configure, such as your own server or a third-party account, the connection goes directly from the device to that service, never through us.
• Purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google under their privacy policies. We never see your payment details; the stores give us sales reports that do not identify you.

The Site

The Site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the Site running. If you write to us, we keep your email address and message for as long as we need them to answer you.

Who else sees it

We share data only with the services named above, each for the purpose given: Apple (the App Store), Google (Google Play) and our hosting providers. Some of them process data outside the European Union under the safeguards the GDPR requires. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis by the providers that hold them. Correspondence is kept while the matter it concerns is open. Order records the stores send us are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to move it elsewhere. Write to contact@tntsoft.org. You can also complain to your data protection authority; ours is Romania's ANSPDCP.

Children

Our Apps are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above.
