Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TNT SOFT S.R.L. ("us", "we" or "our"), a company registered in Romania. They govern your use of the tntsoft.org website (the "Site") and of the applications we publish on the App Store and Google Play whose listings link to this page (the "Apps"). By installing or using an App, or by using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App or the Site.

Where you download an App from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and prevails over these terms where the two conflict. Where you download an App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to the download and to any purchase made through Google Play.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use each App on devices you own or control, for your own use, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. The Apps are licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights in them, including their code, design, names and logos. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense an App, reverse engineer or decompile it except where the law expressly allows, remove any notice from it or use it to build a competing product. Third-party components shipped with an App remain under their own licences, which the App's notices reproduce.

Trials, subscriptions and purchases

Some Apps are free to download and unlock their features with a subscription or a one-time purchase. Where an App offers a free trial, the trial converts into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. The price, the billing period and the length of any trial are shown in the App and in the store before you buy.

• Purchases and subscriptions are sold, billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their own terms. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account, and a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• Cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions on iPhone and iPad; Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions on Android). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting an App does not cancel its subscription.
• Refunds are handled by the store you bought from under its refund policy. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.
• Where an App is sold outside the stores with a licence key, the key is for the number of devices stated at purchase and may be deactivated on one device to be used on another. We may revoke a key that was obtained fraudulently or is being shared beyond that number.
• We may change prices for future periods. A price change takes effect only after the store has told you about it and, where the store requires it, after you have agreed to it.

Your content and your devices

Whatever you create, enter or store in an App (such as hosts, keys, snippets, notes, settings or vaults) is yours. The Apps keep it on your device and we never see it, so we cannot recover it for you. Keeping backups, remembering a vault password and guarding the keys and credentials you store are your responsibility. Our privacy policy describes what little data the Apps and the Site handle.

Acceptable use

Some Apps connect to servers, accounts or other systems that you configure. You may only connect to systems you own or are authorised to access, and you are responsible for complying with the law and with the terms of those systems and of any third-party service you use through an App. You may not use an App or the Site to break the law, to gain unauthorised access to any system, to send malware or unsolicited messages, or to interfere with our services or with the stores.

Third-party services

An App may connect to services run by others, such as your own servers, cloud providers, Apple and Google services or payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for them, for their availability or for anything they do with your data.

Updates and changes to the Apps

We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and may require an update for an App to keep working. We may stop offering an App, or support for older versions or operating systems, at any time. If we withdraw a subscription App entirely, we will not charge you for periods after it is withdrawn.

Warranty

The Apps and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device, server or operating system. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost data, lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use an App or the Site. Our total liability for all claims connected with an App is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death, personal injury or wilful misconduct.

Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the App and cancelling any subscription. We may end it, and stop an App from working, if you breach these terms. The sections on intellectual property, warranty, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes are settled by the courts of Romania, except where the consumer protection law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there. Nothing here deprives you of that protection.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post any change on this page and update the date above, and will notify you in an App or through the store where the change is material. Continuing to use an App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
